People of Tamil Nadu love watching mass action entertainers. Mass heroes Ram Charan and Allu Arjun have decent market value in the state. In recent times, SS Rajamouli's Baahubali and Mahesh Babu's Srimanthudu were released in good number of theaters in Tamil Nadu. While Baahubali turned out as a blockbuster due to universal content, Srimanthudu got negative response owing to class narration.Young Tiger Jr NTR has good mass fans following in Tamil Nadu. Like other Telugu stars, NTR is also aspiring to extend his market to our neighbor state. Sakthi and Dammu were the only films of NTR released in the state. Now, NTR is making re-entry in Kollywood with his upcoming tentatively titled film Nannaku Prematho. The Sukumar directorial will have decent release in Tamil.
Billed to be a revenge drama, Nannaku Prematho will show new shades in NTR. Learning from past, both NTR and his director Sukumar are not trying anything beyond commercial elements. They went ahead with the project only after completely satisfied with the script. Rakul Preet Singh is female lead in the film being produced by BVSN Prasad. Nannaku Prematho will hit the screens for Sankranthi, 2016.
