The latest hot talk doing rounds in K-town is that Vikram and Suriya who starred in Bala’s award winning movie Pithamagan might team up again for the remake of Bollywood film ‘Brothers’ which itself is a remake of the Hollywood movie “Warrior”. Akshay Kumar, Siddharth Malhotra, Jacqueline Fernandez, Jackie Shroff starring ‘Brothers’ is all set to hit the screens on August 14th, 2015. It has been reported that the Hindi producers are keen to remake this film in south as well and approached Suriya, Karthi and Vikram to act in the Tamil version. While Ram Charan, Rana and Prabhas are in talks to act in the Telugu remake.
Ram Mirchandani who is the COO – Motion Pictures at Endemol Shine India requested Suriya, Karthi, Vikram, Ram Charan, Rana and Prabhas to watch the Hindi version. “Brothers” is the story about two estranged brothers who are forced by circumstances to lock horns of combat inside the boxing rings after a long time.
