It is still uncertain whether Chiranjeevi's comeback film will be recognized as 150th or 151st. In fact, Ram Charan's tentatively titled Merupu in Srenu Vaitla's direction will mark Chiranjeevi's 150th film as they counted Magadheera as 149th. We all know that, Chiranjeevi is playing himself in his son's new film to enlarge the film's range. While some mega fans are delighted to see Chiru and Charan together, some are depressed as they want to see him in full length role in individual film for 150th.
Whatever, the craze will be there for Chiranjeevi's individual film, whether it will be called 150th or 151st. Furthermore fans are waiting for the announcement of the film's director. Chiranjeevi recently clarified of rejecting Puri Jagannath's story as he felt second half was not up to scratch. VV Vinayak is other option for the film, but the director who is currently making Akhil's heroic launch pad film hasn't readied any story for Chiru.
But the question is Why Chiru neglected the sensational director Trivikram Srinivas who provided industry hit to his younger brother Pawan Kalyan with Attarintiki Daredi. After delivering another hit- Son Of Satyamurthy, Trivikram opted Nithin for his next as no star hero was ready for him. He has also signed a film with Mahesh Babu that is likely to begin early in 2016. Nevertheless, Trivikram would have postponed the film, if he was offered Chiru's 150th.
Trivikram is finest director among his contemporaries and he is capable of penning magical dialogues and winning screenplays. But, what indeed made Chiru to abandon this option is the megastar wants his film to be complete mass entertainers, whereas Trivikram is known for dealing class subjects. The wait over Chiru's next film continues until the film is launched.
