He happens to meet Avantika (Tamannah), falling in love with her, without knowing that she along with her rebel group, is protecting princess Devasena (Anushka Shetty), from the evil intentions of Bhaladeva (Rana Daggubati).
For helping Avantika and protecting Devasena; he arrives to the kingdom of Mahishtamati; where he finds out his unknown past, turning the war with Bhaladeva as his own.
Coming to cast, Prabhas and Rana Daggubati stole the show, with their much appreciated fight sequences. The two portrayed their role well.

Tamannah, though seems good as an assassin, needs to be careful doing such a role; but didn’t make it worse.
Anushka, on the other hand, posses not much scenes to perform, but make sure that she has done her part well.
Veterans like Ramya Krishna, Sathyaraj and Nassar; who portrayed Sivagami, Kattappa and Bijjala Deva (Pingala Deva), has done their part well.
Coming to technical aspects, telling about SS Rajamouli is beyond the words. The director proved worthy to consider as one of the greatest film makers at the time, to mark a big budget movie.

Story by V Vijayendra Prasad, who also contributed in screenplay along with the director, Madhavan Karky and Rahul Koda, portrayed a expecting story line in unexpected ways.
Spectacular visual treats and highly breath taking VFX effects contributed the film much, gaining a standing ovation to the technicians.
Cinematography by KK Senthil Kumar and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao kept international standards.
MM Keeravani’s music was also good, but sometimes kept a feeling that songs should be reduced in numbers. BGM was excellent.

Peter Heins, the man behind the fight scenes of Baahubali, choreographed each and every part of a warfare with a sheer brilliance, taking the movie to a greater level.
The last fight scene, having a length of about 30 minutes, show the sheer brilliance of the director and the stunt choreographer. Hats off to both.
In short, Baahubali, the film which takes a greater hike in second half, compared to the first stands as a greater mark in Indian Film history, with a technical aspect in international standards, making it worth to watch.
