Sridevi & Akshara aren't Mother & Daughter!

Boney Kapoor is all set to produce a women-centric flick starring his wife Sridevi in the lead role. After 'Judaai' in 1997, This is for the first time the evergreen beauty will be doing a film for her Hubby's production house. Ravi Udyawar, an Ad filmmaker, who penned the script will be making his directorial debut with Sridevi's 3rd flick after comeback.

Confirming the news, Boney Kapoor says his film with Sridevi is going to be women-centric and the story was written keeping her in mind.

When quizzed if Akshara Haasan will play the Daughter's role, The Seasoned Producer clarifies Kamal's younger daughter isn't part of the project at all. He also clarifies 'Mother' isn't the title of the movie. 

Sridevi's comeback film 'English Vinglish' was a sensation. Her next outing is the Tamil movie 'Puli' which is releasing in October this year.
